Service Coordinator

Bankpak supplies premium financial and security products and we are focused on providing an excellent customer experience with exceptional service. We are looking for a Full-Time Service Coordinator with excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills with a professional and energetic attitude. Our coordinators are a key connection between our customers and technicians, ensuring service is scheduled, tracked, and completed efficiently while maintaining Bankpak’s high standards of quality and customer care.


What You’ll Do:

You will be responsible for coordinating service activities, supporting the technician team, and serving as the primary communication point between customers and our service department.

  • Act as the first point of contact for all incoming service requests.

  • Manage the Service email inbox and create service calls from customer requests.

  • Schedule and dispatch technicians to service calls based on skills, location, and availability.

  • Track open work orders and ensure timely completion.

  • Maintain customer communication throughout the service process, providing updates on scheduling, technician ETA, and job status.

  • Support managers and technicians with accurate documentation, logs, and reports.

  • Assist with ordering and tracking parts, providing customer details, and relaying job notes to technicians.

  • Work closely with the billing and contracts team to ensure service calls are processed correctly.

  • Communicate regularly with service managers on workload, scheduling conflicts, and escalations.

  • Monitor technician schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize travel time.

  • Provide accurate records of service requests, updates, and completion details in Bankpak’s service system.

  • Perform additional functions incidental to service coordination activities.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

  • Prior experience in service coordination, dispatching, or scheduling preferred

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability

  • Proven record of punctuality and reliability

  • Professional phone and email etiquette

  • Ability to stay calm and solution-focused under pressure

  • Team-oriented attitude with a customer-first mindset

  • Computer skills required; experience with Microsoft Office and scheduling software a plus
