We are looking for a Full-Time Service Coordinator with excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills with a professional and energetic attitude. Our coordinators are a key connection between our customers and technicians, ensuring service is scheduled, tracked, and completed efficiently while maintaining Bankpak’s high standards of quality and customer care.
What You’ll Do:
You will be responsible for coordinating service activities, supporting the technician team, and serving as the primary communication point between customers and our service department.
Act as the first point of contact for all incoming service requests.
Manage the Service email inbox and create service calls from customer requests.
Schedule and dispatch technicians to service calls based on skills, location, and availability.
Track open work orders and ensure timely completion.
Maintain customer communication throughout the service process, providing updates on scheduling, technician ETA, and job status.
Support managers and technicians with accurate documentation, logs, and reports.
Assist with ordering and tracking parts, providing customer details, and relaying job notes to technicians.
Work closely with the billing and contracts team to ensure service calls are processed correctly.
Communicate regularly with service managers on workload, scheduling conflicts, and escalations.
Monitor technician schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize travel time.
Provide accurate records of service requests, updates, and completion details in Bankpak’s service system.
Perform additional functions incidental to service coordination activities.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
Prior experience in service coordination, dispatching, or scheduling preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking ability
Proven record of punctuality and reliability
Professional phone and email etiquette
Ability to stay calm and solution-focused under pressure
Team-oriented attitude with a customer-first mindset
Computer skills required; experience with Microsoft Office and scheduling software a plus
